Ivar, any thoughts on how we organise our efforts to get to practice? Feel free to edit the text. We could decide about "learning stage" for several months, but I believe we can try to construct a route to practical implementation and necessary ingredients (funding, developers, prototyping cycle,etc.) in parallel/now.
